.innity-apps-reset { padding: 20px 0 0 !important; margin: -20px auto -10px !important; } 根據無線電視台直播，張曉明聲稱，民族黨本身沒有合法註冊，是非法組織，所有活動都是違法，而且其黨章寫明推翻基本法、成立「獨立香港共和國」，並且支持和參與一切有效的對抗。他說，民族黨成立以來一直主張「港獨」、招募成員、向社會募集資金從事有關活動，並曾說要「拿起武器保衛香港」，這些事實說明民族黨和陳浩天等人有預謀、有組織、有行動從事意圖分離國家的活動。他說，分離國家不僅是一般的違法行為，也違反香港基本法，也涉嫌違反香港刑事法令，包括刑事罪行條例第9條規定的煽動罪，法律性質非常嚴重。張曉明說，FCC明知陳浩天和民族黨「意欲何為」，但不顧中國外交部駐港特派員公署和特別行政區政府再三勸告，邀請陳浩天演講，這不是一般性不友好的行為，也不是一般的干預或挑釁行為；從法律性質來說，是「協助煽動分裂國家」，是「違法」的。他說，民族黨、陳浩天、FCC的行為遠遠超出所謂的言論、新聞和結社自由範疇，並表示支持特區政府對港獨組織及其活動依法懲治，也包括對協助港獨活動依法加以規管。FCC昨天邀請陳浩天前往演講，曾引起港府和中國外交部的不滿和批評。但FCC強調，尊重香港法律，也重視言論和新聞自由�
