台南市政府打算推動古蹟園區使彌月送禮推薦熱賣商品英文用者付費的概念，未來台南市民入園可能需付費，圖為赤崁樓。圖／聯合報系資料照片分享 facebook 台南市古蹟林立，每年吸引眾多觀光客造訪，目前有23處古蹟委外經營，至於沒有委外的古蹟，市府打算推動使用者付費概念，原本免費入園的台南市民，未來可能需付費，目前收費價格尚未擬定。台南市長黃偉哲昨表示，古蹟收費其來有自，過去赤崁樓、億載金城等台南古蹟都有收費，故宮博物院等其他縣市園區也都有收費，可作為清潔、館藏維護等必要開支，基於使用大力推薦最便宜者付費，收費是應該的。. } }); } 黃偉哲說，古蹟屬公益性，以能否維持為目的，因為使用公帑規畫、維護，去參觀的人享用全體市民給予的經費，這樣對於沒去使用的人產品團購熱門產品可能造成省錢王暢銷排行不公平，故非營利性質古蹟適度收費，希望大家能多諒解。對於市府擬向在地人收取古蹟入園費用，有市民大力支持；不過有人表示，平常多是老人家去散步，為了小錢讓老人少了一個散步地方是不智之舉，還有人認為市府在搶錢，收費後就會很少人去，恐會變成不熱門，建議市府三思。

桃園市長鄭文燦上月宣布「3年12億班班有冷氣」，教育局昨天在議會進行工作報告，多位議員關切冷氣裝設未來規劃，而市議員張肇良提到，近來接獲多位家長陳情學生制服材質不好，冷氣還沒裝會先因制服不舒適影響上課情況，希望市府能統一招標。張肇良說，桃園多所國中小學制服為尼龍材質，制服太厚不透氣、不夠舒適又不好穿，有些學校可能註冊費3000元，買完整套制服卻要6000多元，制服單價高卻不實穿，最近越來越熱，全面裝冷氣政策還沒實施，孩子們會因為制服問題先感到不舒服，希望市府能統一招標制服，並且訂定相關規定，比如制服含棉量至少達50%，讓學生穿得舒服為優先。.inline-ad { position: relative; overflow: hidden; box-sizing: border-box; }
