The Concord NEO is a sporty buggy with elaborate chassis. With its unique Y-FRAME front axle and its delicate rhomboid suspension, it ensures high manoeuvrability and excellent road holding. .innity-apps-reset { padding: 20px 0 0 !important; margin: -20px auto -10px !important; } 家長會長聯盟指出，家長對於孩子的教育具有參與權與選擇權，也是學生身心健康的重要利益關係人，他們完全贊同自治條例明訂要有一定席次的家長代表加入審查委員會，如果沒有三分之一代表，也至少要有五分之一的代表。家長對於自己孩子的教育，不能只是事後被告知，而是要事先能夠參與和了解。不過，反對議會制訂這項自治條例的歐巴桑聯盟、台中市教師職業工會與部分擁同團體人士，則堅持反對這項自治條例的提出。自治條例疑觸法曾經在偏鄉小學教書的台中市鎮平國小老師黃鈞瑤認為，這一自治條例已牴觸了中央既有的兩性教育平等法及教育基本法，不應該加以制訂。偏鄉山區的學生數少、學生家長散居各地，如何能有三分之一的家長代表參與自治條例所要求成立的委員會？而且自治條例對於觸犯條例的校長或老師，還訂有罰則，這也讓老師在教學上動輒得咎。黃鈞瑤表示，學校有課發會組織，對於教材的審核已有把關的作用，而課綱的制訂，則屬於教育部的權責，地方議會不必再疊床架屋，增訂自治條例。目前台中市教師職業工會已針對其他台中市議員進行遊說，希望取消自治條例草案的提出。聽證會主持人、國民黨籍議員黃馨慧受訪時指出，由於現場一直有所謂的公民記者以公開透明為由堅持直播，但議會已有全程的錄音錄影，過程較完整，為避免現場議事混亂，她請一些錄影直播的公民團體人員先離席，但還是無法制止；在邀請教育局進行說明時，現場兩派人員仍爭論不休。因此在完成聽證會程序後，主持人即宣布散會。黃馨慧表示，對於自治草案內容，將會依據第一次聽證會的建議，提出修正，例如，將草案名稱修正為性別平等「教材及活動」管理自治條例，會比較聚焦合理。【更多精采內容，詳見】
