 僵直性脊椎炎誤診 駝背倒縮40㎝

 42歲詹姓男子  20歲時出現下背疼痛、髖關節與大腿骨頭不適、早晨起床身體僵硬等症狀，卻被誤診  5年；確診僵直性脊椎炎時，脊椎已有沾黏、變形，彎成  45度，原本  180公分身高也因駝背僅剩  140公分。使用生物製劑治療  8年，現在已能打高爾夫球、騎單車及跑馬拉松。
中華民國風濕病醫學會理事長、高醫附醫過敏免疫風濕科主任蔡文展表示，僵直性脊椎炎（簡稱  AS）是一種慢性自體免疫疾病，好發於  20∼  40歲男性，是女性病患的  1.5倍。台灣每  1萬人中有  33.7人罹患，盛行率居亞洲之首。
僵直性脊椎炎患者因長期慢性發炎導致脊椎韌帶、關節鈣化，脊椎沾黏變形，嚴重可能駝背、抬不起頭、無法行走。
僵直性脊椎炎因好發於年輕男性，疾病意識感較低，發病初期常誤以為是運動傷害、姿勢不良、過度疲勞，延誤正確診斷及治療時機，留下脊椎變形、駝背等不可逆的傷害。
隨著醫學進步，對僵直性脊椎炎等慢性發炎性脊椎關節病變的了解更深入，藥物治療療效的評估也更精確。只要及時診斷、遵循醫囑、規律用藥，要妥善控制僵直性脊椎炎並不難。
蔡文展表示，如果有下背痛超過  3個月，早晨睡醒時身體僵硬起不了床持續  30分鐘∼  1小時，活動後症狀減輕等狀況，務必諮詢過敏風濕免疫專科醫師的意見。即使確診，只要有長期與病共存的心理準備，積極尋找能認同、配合的醫療團隊，相信疾病可以良好控制。
