保母夥男友虐死1歲童　「殘忍對話」曝：今天怎麼玩他？
可惡至極！高雄一名杜姓無照保母，涉嫌和高姓男友聯手凌虐1歲男童，包括呼巴掌、毆打、罰站，甚至塞香菸到男童嘴裡，兩人還會傳男童被虐照片，分享「進度」，男童最後因頭部受重創而死亡；高雄高分院審理後，依傷害致死罪判處高男11年10個月，杜女則維持原判2年6個月。

根據自由時報報導，杜女在2015年9月間，受許女託付照顧年僅1歲的男童，雙方談定每週照顧5天，每月費用2萬3千元。但杜女因男童哭鬧、亂扔東西，又不時吐水還會欺負她的兒子，憤而處罰男童罰站；事後杜女向高姓男友抱怨，對此高男揚言要毆打男童、朝他嘴裡塞布。當晚高男獨自照顧男童，果真毆打男童並讓他無法入睡。

誇張行徑不僅如此，2人還會互相分享施虐照片，杜女曾傳「剛修理完」、「持續跪地中」、「他快被我打死了」，且還會擔心虐童被發現，和高男說「他腳那紅紅的很明顯，看可不可以把購買限時折扣他弄散」，高男則狠毒在訊息裡提到「想想今天怎麼玩他」。

同年9月19日，男童在高男的辦公室遭虐全身癱軟，陷入昏迷送醫，搶救了6天仍回天乏術，死因為男童被搧耳光後導致腦部受創出血致死。案經高雄高分院審理後，依傷害致死罪重判高男11年10個月，杜女仍維持2年6個月原判。

產險網路投保年增逾5成

工商時報【黃惠聆╱台北報導】

產險網路投保今年來至今，年成長率逾五成，產險公會統計，今年以來就投保件數觀察，住宅火災險成長率近300％最多，傷害險也有近兩倍的成長。產險業者表示，預期在產品更多元化後，不僅住宅火險，其他產險網路投保未來均有更高的成長率。

統計前四月產險網路投保前三大名分別是富邦產險、新安東京海上產險以及明台產險，目前各家網路投保主力商品還是在為汽機車險及旅平險，但預期未來等產品愈來愈多之後，產險業者表示，其他保險商品也有相當大成長潛力。

如受到今年02026花蓮地震災情的影響，前四月住宅火險（含基本地震險）網路投保件數是3,362件，去年同期的852件成長了295％。此外，傷害險886件也較去年同期308件成長了188％。

在明台產、泰安產、國泰產以及富邦產等多家產險陸續推出飛機延誤等不便險快速理賠下，網路投保旅平險未來成長率不容小覷。

產險今年前四月網路保費收入新台幣2.79億元，較去年同期成長近60％，產險業表示，金管會去年11月20日推動第五波網路投保業務，增加網路投保險種、旅平險舊戶投保上限提高至新台幣1,500萬元、開放父母可替未滿七歲子女投保旅平險及簡化汽、機車保險事故通知程序等，預期可讓產險未來網路投保業務有更寬廣的發展空間。

國泰產險表示，近年登山、滑雪、自行車等戶外活動愛好者增加，未來會推出特定活動保險，包含傷害、醫療等保障，以提供特定族群便捷的投保機制，舉例來說，自去年起每逢中秋節，國泰產即會推出限定期間「月圓花好」國內旅遊保險專案，針對返鄉團圓、賞月烤肉時可能遇到的風險，提供完整的保障。

新光產險也表示，該公司由電子商務部與各險部負責開發中適合網路投保的商品，近期將推出「專業人員責任保險」。另外，明台產、泰安產、富邦產等多家產險均表示，下半年會有新商品陸續在網路上架。
